Frequently asked questions.
Where are you located?
We are located right off of Perry Highway, behind Aviva Brick Oven and across the street from Off The Hook. From Perry Hwy, turn on to Warrendale Bayne Rd. The next road to your left will be 1 Williamsburg Pl. Follow the road to the top of the hill and we are in the first office building (red brick building with white pillars) on the left.
How do I enter the building?
When you schedule your appointment, you will be sent an email confirmation. Near the bottom of that email will list Building Access instruction. This information will also be texted to you, along with an appointment reminder 2 hours before your session. However if you have questions, please give the office a call at (724) 739-3131 or email us as hello@VitalReliefLLC.com.
When should I arrive?
It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This is will allow you time to use the restroom and allow us time to discuss any new changes to your health history.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we sell digital gift certificates. The certificate will be delivered to your email address, and you can either print a physical copy or email it directly to the recipient. To purchase a gift certificate, go to the Scheduling page. Scroll toward the bottom of the page until you see Gift Certificates & Packages. Once you decide which certificate you would like, select Add To Cart. Then, follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your goals:
For targeting a specific issue: A series of 3-4 weekly sessions is ideal. We'll evaluate progress after each session to ensure we’re on track. If progress is steady but incomplete, we can continue. If not, we’ll discuss alternative options—We won’t sell you something that isn’t working.
For ongoing support and body maintenance: If you have a physically demanding lifestyle, persistent stress, or chronic issues that are currently not impacting your daily life, a massage every month is beneficial.
For relaxation or a treat: Get a massage as often (or as infrequently) as you like!
Ultimately, listen to what your body is telling you.
Do I need to fully undress for my massage?
Our first priority is always to make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Private areas shall never be exposed. Whether you choose to fully dress down or keep some clothing on, we are trained professionals who know how to work with the body.
Cancellation Policy?
A credit card is required to hold your booking. No-shows and cancellations within 24-hours will be charged the full session price. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done up until 24 hours before your appointment start time by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the confirmation email you received after booking your appointment.
